6 Loin Veal Chops
  Salt substitute to taste
10ozLow-sodium beef bouillon-
  Or consomme
2tbLEMON HERB BLEND
1tbWorcestershire sauce
1/2 Green bell pepper;chopped
1/2cBlack olives;chopped
1/2 Onion;chopped
1/4 Pimento;chopped

Sprinkle chopes with salt substitute and LEMON HERB BLEND. Brown on both sides under the broiler. transfer chops to skillet and add all remaining ingredients.
